Q. Hey David, I first want to say that your workout DVD with you and Sean is amazing. I learned so much and it was fun to watch. Then I got to see you workout for a whole hour, I couldn’t ask for more. Ok here’s my question - what’s your favorite exercise for your legs?
A. Thanks for the good word. Basketball, football, and ultimate Frisbee – I find that when I play intense sports a few times a week and do some squats and lunges I get much better results then just doing squats and lunges, plus sports are a lot more fun than squats and, as a result, most people will do more.

Q. My first question has to do with drop-sets and the first two levels of training. I noticed you do several drop-sets in your workout DVD’s and now I know why. A. Hey Victor, drop sets are pretty advanced for the first two levels but, since you like that exercise so much, go ahead and do them. However, only use them during the higher intensity parts of the training program as to not over train your body.
Q. Hey David, I already lost 12 ponds and I’m starting to see muscle definition, which is not bad for less than a month, huh? I want to lose another 20-25 pounds by summer and also see greater muscle definition. What’s the fastest way to do that? Eric
