Tommy Hilfiger Corporation is paying an undisclosed cash sum to acquire the trademarks of German designer Lagerfeld. The acquisition does not include Lagerfeld’s deals with Chanel and Fendi, and does not affect his recent one-off collection for Swedish retailer H&M under the 'Karl Lagerfeld for H&M' brand.
