The Kite Tubes are about ten feet wide and tied to the back of a powerboat. They're designed to go airborne. Last month, a Delafield man died from head and chest injuries after the Kite Tube he was on hit the water. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says there have been 39 reported injuries nationwide.

Sean_21. Weight lifting increases your testosterone. Why is that so important? Testosterone is the main sex hormone, without it you would have no sex drive. It enhances your libido, gives you more energy, and maturity of your sex organs. Basically it makes a man a man and the more you have the more and better sex you can have. Note - I don’t know exactly how much testosterone increases do to weight lifting but if you’ve never worked out regularly before then you’re really missing out. How to Train Effectively ?

SeanThe other day while I was working I noticed this guy (who was there to lose a lot of weight) sitting on a bench doing concentration curls. Concentration curls do a great job of isolating the biceps muscles, however if you only have an hour or so in the gym a few times a week, you’re wasting your time working on such a small area of your body.

Due to the fact that the biceps is a very small muscle, and that he was sitting down, this exercise is one of the least efficient exercises. Instead, this man would achieve greater results if he did close grip pull-ups on an assisted machine, or at least standing curls.

Close grip pull-ups work the biceps, forearms, triceps, rear delts and several back muscles compared to the ‘little’ biceps muscle. Plus, you’ll have better cardio results and stimulate more neurotransmitters in your muscle because the closer grip pull-up is a more natural exercise and, therefore, produces greater muscle and strength gains.

With the New Year approaching many people are deciding to finally get there fitness goals going by joining a gym. We have asked David Rich from DavidRichFitnessNaked: What to look for when looking for the right health club?

1. Convenience
You should know when it’s most convenient for you to workout. Are you planning on working out after work to beat traffic? Then join a gym that’s right by you’re work. Spend 5-10 ten minutes walking there (exercise) then workout. You’ll be spending less time on the road, because traffic will have died down by the time you get off, and you’ll be able to spend more time exercising. If you plan on working out a couple times a week and on the weekends join one that’s close to you’re house, preferable in walking or biking distance. If you’re going to workout at 10:30PM and a gym closes at 11PM find one that’s open later. Make things easy on yourself, make exercise convenient.

Andy Roddick Moves to Lacoste

Reebok has announced that the company is not going to renew the contract with tennis superstar Andy Roddick who had been a brand ambassador for the past five years. Roddick’s departure as a Reebok endorsed athlete is amicable, though no reason was given except that it was a business decision.

But there is already another contract for the star with Lacoste. Lacoste whose history reads like the annals of tennis itself has signed a 5-year partnership with the #4 seed at INDESIT ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) for the ongoing 2005 race. Known for his charismatic personal style and armed with a 140mph serve, the young athlete has engaged a new generation of tennis fans and reenergized a sport that was looking for a new icon. Hanging Out in L.A.

Since I am on my new fitness kick, take a peek at my new boots. These boots are not for everyone. Infact these boots keep me off my feet and make me a bit dizzy and light headed (more than usual). Oh did I forget to mention that they are Inversion/Gravity boots used for my new fitness regimen and that I hang upside down on an inversion bar to do inverted crunches. I have had them for a while, but now that I live in L.A. I have to get in tip top shape to keep up with everyone else ... and man can I feel the burn ... no pain, no gain I guess.
