I do not know about the thrusters, but we like the inventive tops. Fashion in Brazil is still in it's early stages of development but there are already some names that stand out. Today we are presenting Ivan Aguilar.

I don't agree with the above statement that "Fashion in Brazil is still in it's early stages of development..." at all.
Fashion in Brazil is as good as anywhere. Very inventive, innovative, sexy, luxurious, modern, and much more. What you call "Big Names" are just a small sample of what that's available there...
What happens with Fashion in Brazil(or for that matter, with any other country that is not Milan, Paris or New York)is that it is not paid attention to, not publicized, and a lot of times regarded as inferior.
I applaud initiatives like this website, that try to promote off-mainstream issues/topics.
I am a Brazilian-American, and I like to think of me as lucky to be able to experience, know, judge and appreciate both.
I think it's a great thing that Ivan is coming and that he is doing Women's fashion again...I am planning to be there.
