With the New Year approaching many people are deciding to finally get there fitness goals going by joining a gym. We have asked David Rich from DavidRichFitnessNaked: What to look for when looking for the right health club?
1. Convenience
You should know when it’s most convenient for you to workout. Are you planning on working out after work to beat traffic? Then join a gym that’s right by you’re work. Spend 5-10 ten minutes walking there (exercise) then workout. You’ll be spending less time on the road, because traffic will have died down by the time you get off, and you’ll be able to spend more time exercising. If you plan on working out a couple times a week and on the weekends join one that’s close to you’re house, preferable in walking or biking distance. If you’re going to workout at 10:30PM and a gym closes at 11PM find one that’s open later. Make things easy on yourself, make exercise convenient.
