With summer waning, guests of Yoko Devereaux's Spring/Summer 2006 Menswear presentation, spent the evening lounging poolside at Hotel QT while viewing the show. This season featured clothing inspired by Hollywood glamour by way of New York. The show incorporated perfectly tailored seersucker suits in a light pastel palette and a range of pants and shorts silhouettes. There was a strong focus on comfort with a keen detail to form-fitting motorcycle jackets and pants made out of soft cotton fleece materials, relaxed yet structured. Aside from the basic pastels the collection was also laden with hot pinks and teals.
Special guests front and center included, Ana Matronic of the Scissor Sisters; Jim Moore, Creative Director for GQ; and Isa Saalabi and Holly Harnsongkarn from Nom de Guerre.
