Kanye West To Launch Clothing Line

Kanye West has announced plans to launch his own clothing range. West was recently named style icon of the year.

He will follow in the footsteps of other US artists such as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Jay-Z and more recently Gwen Stefani.

The line is called "Pastelle." He's been wearing it a lot lately, all I've seen fromt he line are polo's and rugby shirts. It's def. not a street/rap line, it's a more preppy line. The logo is the head of the College Dropout bear, but it's small enough to where it doesn't look tacky.

You guys won't be able to getit before Nov. 15. Try, Spring 2006.That's when he's going to launch the line. He is going to open a sore in L.A. or New York or maybe both, that's what he said. The line is co-designed by Adidas ,Jonas BEvacqua(LRG)and Nigo from A Bathing Ape. Each of them have special parts in the line.
By the way, does anybody know where to buy Bape(A bathing Ape) in Chicago? THanks

I love Kanye's music, less gangsta and the beats are mellow and kinda reminds me of old East Coast beats from the late eighties. The creativity is not gone, Kanye comes off has bold and vain because in the music business your persona is your meal ticket everywhere. Why not be a vain asshole that everyone knows?
