Channing first experience with entertainment industry came when he was casted in Ricky Martin's video "She Bangs". Since, the boy’s face and body has graced the pages of virtually every glossy magazine in the world, (Nautica, Aeropostale, Dolce & Gabbana and A&F ad campaigns). His initial reaction to modeling was not so optimistic, instead his aspiration was to be an actor.
Coach Carter is his firs big screen experience. Samuel L. Jackson plays the controversial high school basketball coach who benched his undefeated team due to their collective poor academic record in 1999.
Looking forward to see how the transfer from the magazine covers to celluloid film worked this time.
Channing is a southern boy born in Alabama. At the age of six, his family moved to Mississippi where he had many fun memories of his childhood. Channing stills spends his summer time with his grandparents back in Alabama to constantly remind his roots. Due to Channing's tough and sometimes troublesome boyish nature, his parents sent him to a military school in grade nine. Channing's love for football and his athleticism eventually won him an athletic scholarship to play college football in West Virginia. His college football career didn't turn out to be promising, which ended with Channing dropping out of school. For the next a little while, Channing had worked for a pet nursery, in construction, as a mortgage broker, and at the cologne counter and clothing store.

I've known about Channing for a quite a few years now. Before he ever had any kind of acting projects lined up. I'm so excited that he's finally gonna blow up and become huge. I hope i'm lucky enough to meet him one day too... he's absolutely drop dead yummy and beyond beautiful. His girlfriend is so lucky.

Well I think all these ladies have covered that Channing is beyond handsome. And the movie kicked ass. I saw the sneak preview of it..and it was really touching. Gay or not gay...hell that boy is fine!
